Administrative Assistant

Looking for highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable individual who is good at multi-tasking, flexible and comfortable working in a small office setting. Must possess good phone skills. Some knowledge of the mechanical trades is a plus but not required.

Assist with customer service

  • answering phone calls, texts, emails from customers
  • scheduling service calls
  • dispatching
  • resolving service tickets


  • Ordering and receiving parts/equipment needed for “sold” jobs
  • Maintaining purchase orders
  • Assist with arranging rental equipment, sub-contractors, etc. as requested

Electronic Filing

Maintain spreadsheet of Residential Maintenance Agreements, prepare renewals and maintenance letters

Assist all managers with tasks requested


Vacation, personal/sick days, retirement plan included

Monday through Friday – no evenings, weekends or holidays
