Their Customer Service is EXCELLENT. I found them trustworthy. They are very reliable..They don't work on comission so they are not pushy, and they don't try to sell you items you do not need.

We couldn't speak more highly about the professional Beery team. Our needs were met by James. He was friendly, yet business oriented, explaining in full what kind of furnace and air conditioner were best for us. Financing was discussed as well and the outcome was very beneficial to us. Next the technical service team of Jim, Rob and associate Jordan, couldn't have done a cleaner job of installing both units in a timely manner. Jim explained how the system worked and the furnace is truly wonderful. Not a sound. We can hardly wait until summer to try the air conditioner! Everything that the Beery team said they were going to do - they did - and more! Couldn't be happier!

I called Beery after I couldnt get a hold of a provider we used previously. I had seen the Beery trucks in the area and my dad had used them for his home recently. I called and made an appt and got the time and date I needed that worked for my schedule. The technician was on time and very polite. I showed him where the furnace was located in the basement and let him go to work. When he was finished, he told me all was well and he couldn't find anything wrong so the unit is good to go. We didn't think anything was wrong, so his findings were accurate. We called just to have them check the unit before we turned it on for the winter months.

John Beery came out to my home and measured out the system and just a few days later, his guys were installing the new units. John also coordinated with a drywall company to remove some ceiling for pipes and also ensured that everything was patched and cleaned up properly. He also made frequent visits to check up on things during the entire process. His guys were extremely efficient and worked all day non stop to get the new system in. Originally I was worried that this project would cause a mess and problems, but everything went very smoothly.

Had a sewage line backup that put waste water in the heating and AC duct work in the concrete slab. Need to have the AC coils removed so the duct cleaning company could get access to the main distribution duct in the slab to remove the sewage. The duct cleaning company recommended Beery Heating and Cooling. The front office was very understanding of my need for an AC technician (not a heating tech) when the temperature was in the 20's, there was 6-inches of snow on the ground and another foot was expected. They quickly dispatch a technician that arrived on expected time. Jason P was the technician to remove the AC coils. It is winter so it's not practical working on AC at this time. One of the concerns Jason had was keeping the all the freon while removing the AC coils from the system. He managed to get all of the freon sucked back into the compressor unit without a loss. Remember he is working in outside in the cold temperature with over 6-inches of snow on the ground. All went well with the AC removal and it took way less time then the original estimate. Great! Once the duct cleaning was done had to call Beery Heating and Cooling to arrange for the re-installation of the AC coils. Again they were very understanding and manage to get the technician out there early the next morning. (By now there was about a foot of snow on the ground.) Joe was the re-install technician. For some reason the coil unit did not want to fit in. He carefully and patiently worked with it to make it fit again. Joe informed me about the difference between low temperature joint sweats and high temperature one. Knowing he would not be able to test the AC he carefully re-sweat the joints to avoid new leaks. When all was done he made sure the seal between the furnace unit and the in-slab duct was properly sealed and caulk. Something that was never done on the original installation. Nice touch. Will find out this May if everything went in correctly the AC works. I'm confident the technicians did the right work.
