Boiler Check Points

• Check cabinet insulation and condition of jacket
• Check inducer motor pressure for proper exhaust
• Check and lubricate inducer motor as necessary
• Check and tighten all electrical connections
• Check and adjust all controls for proper temperature and pressure - drain expansion tank if needed
• Check boiler sections for leaks and combustion chamber for sooting
• Check and adjust gas valve pressure
• Check all safeties for proper operation
• Check and clean burners
• Check and clean heat exchangers
• Check and calibrate aquastat to gauge readings
• Check and lubricate circulator pump and check water flow
